Your order is being fulfilled through a third party vendor. Since the merchandise ordered is not being physically shipped from our location, we must first cancel your order with the vendor.

Per your request, we have sent an order cancellation request to the vendor providing order fulfillment. The order is not cancelled until the vendor provides confirmation that you order has been cancelled, as items ordered may already be in transit to you.

Upon receipt of cancellation confirmation, your order will be cancelled and your order will be refunded. You may expect receipt of a cancellation email upon completion.
