Lorex L104V251 Description:

The Lorex L104V251 is a compact and inexpensive 4-channel DVR, a perfect choice for residential or small business security applications. This DVR accepts up to 4 analog CCTV cameras and is capable of displaying and recording video signals from all 4 cameras at the same time. Access to DVR functions is via front panel buttons, arranged in an intuitive and uncluttered manner. For greater convenience, all DVR functions can also be accessed from a distance using the supplied IR remote control.

While this DVR does not have a network connection, it does provide the ability to view Video Data from the DVR on a local PC via a USB connection. What exactly is an Extended Service Plan?
An extended service plan is generally an extension of your original manufacturer's warranty.
